A lot is defendant on the popularity of any post you stumble. I would not suggest giving a thumbs up to too many of your own stories, as this can get you flagged. I wrote about FreeRice two days ago, and gave it thumbs up on SU, but I only got 32 visits from it, that seemed to come from my own profile. So first of all how do you know that it's SU that's providing you with all that traffic? And can you give thumps up to all of your articles? Or is that something one should avoid?
